A collections challenge from the accounting department landed on the marketing desk: a backlog of uncollected invoices nobody had the bandwidth to untangle. Not a design problem, but a problem all the same.

Applied AI tools to identify, prioritize, and work the backlog, building a repeatable process along the way. Over $1 million in previously uncollected revenue recovered. Proof that creative thinking pays off outside the creative department.
