The thinking.
Turn an annual sales conference into an arena, then make every person in the room feel part of the main event.
The challenge
TMAC brings a national field organization together for direction, training, recognition, and connection. The creative idea had to carry the scale of the room, energize a full program, and give every screen, film, flag, and live moment a shared purpose.
My contribution
I led the Hi-Line Olympics theme from concept through experience: visual identity, stage direction, screen content, hype films, Territory Manager athlete features, team graphics, and the presentation system surrounding the live event. Each piece had its own job, but every piece had to feel like it belonged in the same arena.
The point of view
A conference becomes memorable when the theme stops behaving like decoration and starts shaping the experience. The room should not simply display the idea. It should make people feel inside it.
The making.
Identity. Energy. People. One room built to believe it.
Give the room
a rallying point.
The Hi-Line Olympics identity became the visual center of the experience, moving from the main mark to the stage, screens, team flags, and every moment built around them.

Start with
an entrance.
The first hype film opened the story with pace, personality, and a clear signal that this would be more than another conference.
Turn attention
into momentum.
The second film carried the energy forward, connecting the competition to the real work, real customers, and real people behind the event.
Make every angle
part of the story.
The system had to work at room scale and in the details people chose to capture for themselves. Stage, light, screen, and audience became one connected frame.
Six top performers.
Six entrances.
One stage.
The top six Territory Managers each received a custom Olympics-themed entrance film. Every video turned individual recognition into a larger moment while keeping the entire series connected to the energy of the event.
What it made
possible.
A connected conference experience that turned a meeting into an event, put the team at the center of the story, and carried its energy from the first frame to the final group photo.
A brand to build. A story to tell.
A problem worth solving.
